The HR team of JIO BP had to only review the results and focus on the interview session.With the entire process being over in a week, the JIO BP HR team had experienced a smooth hiring process without the usual hassles of hiring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reliance Jio BP HR team wanted to fill 30 +positions for\u00a0 Area Sales Representative within the quick turnaround time. The Jio BP team has few preferred colleges in mind and Hireclap team has strong connections with the colleges across India hence we could easily reach out to the preferred colleges. Received 1100+ applications from the preferred B \u2013schools within 2 days and shortlisted 734 profiles based on the criteria for the online assessment held on 09<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dec 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With most of the candidates taking the Assessment from home, Hireclap Assessment Platform \u201cAssessEngine\u201d being a simple system really shined as candidates were able to take assessment by tethering mobile data with their Laptops without compromising the strict remote proctoring.
